Pumpkin in Sweet Coconut Soup
Sweet Pumpkin with coconut milk is a very delicious dessert. Thai people like to eat it after the main course. It looks very creamy and smells great from coconut milk mixed with all the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
250ml Cock Can Coconut Cream
300g sliced pumpkin
2 pandan leaves
1/4 cup sugar
3 cup palm sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1 cup limewater
Water
HOW TO COOK
1. Immerse the sliced pumpkin in limewater for 15 minutes.
2. Place a pot over medium heat, add the pumpkin, and cook for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat and take the pot out of the oven.
3. Set a pot over low heat and bring Cock Coconut Cream, water, and pandan to a boil.
4. Add the sugar, palm sugar, and salt, then stir everything together.
5. Boil the boiled pumpkin for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Pumpkin with Sweet Coconut Soup is then ready to serve!
