Along the Ratchadamnoen road, travellers can see the large democracy monument that memorized the Thai democracy since 2475.
Famous among many foreginers, Khaosan Road is full of inexpensive guesthouses, nice decorated pubs, bars and inexpensive restaurants. Villagers sell many kinds of products, such as silvers, handicrafts, arts, clothes, music cds, and inexpensive foods.
Pom Phra Sumen Fortress is another one of 13 fortresses in Bangkok. It was builted by King Rama I with the ancient technology. Mountian of clay containers is constructed under the architecture to protect from erosion.
This place is reconstructed to be a nice place for picnic and watching setting sun behind the newest Rama VIII bridge at Chao Phraya River.
There are also some of Lampu trees (Sonneratia), which the name of the area created from, left here.
To end the trip, enjoy biking along newest walking way beside the Chao Phraya River back to the office happily.
