In summertime, Thai sweet mango is a nice mate of succulent coconut cream & sweeten sticky rice.
 
     
 
INGREDIENTS
 
RATIO
STICKY RICE
  3 CUPS
SUGAR
  1 TBS.
SALT
  3 TSP.
JASMIN SCENTED WATER (FLOAT JASMINS ON WATER AND CLOSE ITS COVER FOR 1 NIGHT)
  1 CUP
THICK COCK COCONUT CREAM
  3 CUPS
 COCK PALM SUGAR
  1 CUP
SALT
  3/4 TSP.
MANGO, CUT INTO PIECES
  2 CUPS
 
     
 
PREPARATION
1. Soak sticky rice in the water for 1 night, steam it.

2. Squeezed coconut milk with jasmin scented water, mix it with sugar and salt, put the sticky rice and blend well.

3. When done covered for 2 hours. Crush well the palm sugar cake, add coconut cream, stir well, add sugar. Filter through a cloth.

4. Cut mangoes into bite-sized pieces.

5. Serve sticky rice, topping with mango in coconut milk.
