Two satisfied layers of delicious jelly, offering full taste of tapioca, and luscious coconut cream.
 
     
 
INGREDIENTS
 
RATIO
 COCK TAPIOCA PEARLS (SMALL)
  3 CUPS
WATER
  3 1/2 CUPS

 
SUGAR
  1 CUP
COCK COCONUT CREAM
  2 1/2 CUPS
SUGAR
  2 TSP.
 COCK RICE FLOUR
  1/4 CUP
SALT
  1 TSP.
 
     
 
PREPARATION
1. Put cleaned and dried tapioca pearls;transfer to a pot,add the sugar and water;boil about 20 minutes until done.

2. Put the tapioca into each small banana leaf containers and top with a few spoonfuls of the coconut cream mixure.

3. For Topping Mix coconut cream,salt,sugar and rice flour in another pot.

4. Place over medium or low heat and cook until the mixture thickens
