INGREDIENTS

STICKY RICE
  3 CUPS
WATER
  1/2 CUP
 
     
 
PREPARATION
1. Soak sticky rice in the water for 3-5 hours.

2. Line the perforated part of a steamer with a white cloth.

3. Place the sticky rice on the cloth and wrap. Put water in the bottom of a steamer and steam the rice for approximately 30 minutes.

4. When the rice are cooked, it look dry and soft when it is pressed flat.
