  1/2 CUP
COCK COCONUT CREAM
  600 G
CHICKEN MEAT
  2 CUPS
 COCK COCONUT MILK (THIN)
 
CARDAMON SEEDS, ROSTED UNTIL FRAGRANT
  5
COCK CINNAMON STICK (CUTS INTO 3 INCHES LONG)
  1
POTATOES, PEELED AND CUT INTO LARGE CHUNKS
  200 G.
UNSALTED PEANUTS, CHOPPED
  1 HEAPED TBS.
SHALLOTS
  10
 BASIL LEAVES
  3
 COCK PALM SUGAR
  3 TBS.
 COCK FISH SAUCE
  2 TBS.
 COCK TAMARIND CONCENTRATE (ADDED IN WATER)
  3 TBS.
 
     
 
PREPARATION
1. Cook the Mussaman curry paste and coconut cream together for 5 mins. Then add chicken meats and fry for 8-10 mins.

2. Add the rest of the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

3. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook until the potatoes and shrimp meats are tender.

4. Serve accompanied by sliced pickled ginger, pickled vegetables and rice.
