CORIANDER ROOTS
  5
 WHITE SOYA SAUCE
  3 TBS.
COCK PEPPERCORNS (GROUND)
  1 TBS.
 SALT
  3 TBS.
 DARK SOYA SAUCE
  1 TBS.
WHISKY
  1 TBS.
BUTTER OR MARGARINE
  1 1/2 TBS.
CHICKEN, WHOLE OR MEDIUM
  1
LIME
  1
COCK FRIED GARLIC
 
 COCK SAUCE FOR CHICKEN
 
 
     
 
PREPARATION
1. Clean and remove the insides of the chicken, cut into halves.

2. Pound garlics, galangal, coriander roots and peppercorns together in the mortar, when it mixed well add salt, white soya sauce, dark soya sauce, sugar and whisky.

3. Marinate the chicken with the mixture for 1 hour.

4. Occasionally brush butter over the chicken and grill until it cooked.

5. Serve with steamed sticky rice and sauce for chicken.
