INGREDIENTS
 
RATIO
PRAWNS
  500 G.
BREAD CRUMBS
  1/2 CUP
SALT
  1/2 TSP.
 COCK PEPPERCORNS, GROUND
  1/8 TSP.
VEGETABLE OIL
  2 CUPS
 
     
 
PREPARATION
1. Clean the prawn, peeled the shell off and devern. Then chop them finely.

2. Mix the prawns with salt and peppercorn. Knead with rolling-pin until the prawn mixture becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Take the prawn in tablespoon mixture between the palm and shape into balls.Then roll in the bread crumbs.

4. Heat the oil in frying pan and fry until both sides become golden by using high heat.
