GOLDEN THREADS IN SYRUP

PREPARATION |

|
1. Remove white part and non-sticky transparent part from eggs. Keep only sticky transparent liquid, which is attach with egg’s cover, and red part of the egg.
2. Mix red part of 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon of sticky transparent liquid. Add sugar and jasmin-floated water into a pan. Heat until sugar dissolve.
3. Stop the fire, filter it with a white-thin cloth. Heat it again on a pan until it condensed. Higher heat the pan especially in the middle area.
4. Put the Yolk Liquid (from step 2) through the cone circularly into a middle of a pan.The air bubble in the middle area of the pan will automatically push the yolk string out to the edge
5. Wait 2 munites until it boiled. Pick it up with a wood stick and fold it into a dish.
