Ancient Thai dessert. Tender taro ball in very aromatic sweet coconut cream.
 
     
 
INGREDIENTS
 
RATIO
TARO, MASHED AND COOKED
  1 CUP
 COCK GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR
  2 CUPS
CORN FLOUR
  1 CUP
 COCK COCONUT MILK
  4 CUPS
 COCK PALM SUGAR
  1 CUP
SALT
  1/8 TSP.
WATER
  6-8 TSP.
 
     
 
PREPARATION
1. Put the gluttinous-rice and flour and the corn flour in a bowl.

2. Add the mashed taro and knead to a soft dough.

3. Add the mashed taro and knead well. Roll into tiny balls and set aside.

4. Dissolve the palm sugar and salt in the coconut milk over a low heat, stirring constantly.

5. Bring to the boil and add the taro balls. When they are cooked, remove from the heat. Serve hot.
